What we collect
This site has no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies. We collect only what you type into a form: your name, email address, and message content, plus any optional fields the form shows.
How we use it
Enquiries are used to reply to you and, where you have asked for a supplier introduction, to route your enquiry to that one supplier. Listing submissions are used to verify and publish your business profile. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are delivered by email to Contact@BrandingSME.com and kept for as long as needed to handle your request. This site stores one preference on your device: your light/dark theme choice, in browser local storage. It contains no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by emailing Contact@BrandingSME.com. UK GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy.
Third parties
Our company lookup tool links to the official Companies House public register; if you follow those links, Companies House handles your data under its own notice. No other third parties receive your form data.
